You name it, I’ve probably done it, Pal.

Hi, I’m Fran and customer service is what I know.

I lived & breathed it for so many years (more than 15 to be precise) so it’s so engrained in me, if you cut me open it would probably be in my bones! I mean I’m joking, but I’m also not, cos my whole working life has centred around it.

I felt so “behind” with life, that at one point I did wonder what such a squiggly career was all for.

What started out as weekend work in a hotel transformed into waiting tables, mixing cocktails, working in retail, answering the phone to “challenging” customers, responding to social media comments to working with 5 star brands & training hotel staff in how to deliver exceptional service.

Now I know that that work landed me in the perfect position to be able to help service pros just like you who want success & a loyal community grown on their own terms...Less sacrifice, more ease, more simplicity, more fun & more time with the ones you love.

Working for ourselves is hard. Every single decision lies with us & sometimes that can feel overwhelming.

I know I’ve felt that - especially trying to juggle it around raising my young sons.

Client experience is such a powerful tool in helping you to grow your business on your own terms, towards your own version of success, & I want to support you to do that without the overwhelm. You deserve it, cos I know how bloody hard you’re working.

I’ve tweaked, & I’ll be honest, completely overhauled, my own client experience more times than I can count & it’s ultimately led me to creating the flexible working situation I’d always imagined. I can be fully present with my kids, but without sacrificing the level of care I provide my clients.

Some days/ weeks creating that kind of balance is easier than others, but I manage to stay sane by drinking lots of tea, eating cake, getting out in the fresh air, dancing in the kitchen or escaping into a good book in the bath. (if you like any/all of those things too we can be pals!)

Creating a client experience that delights your clients on the reg & builds you a reputation for excellence in your industry shouldn’t be a secret brew that only a chosen few get access to the recipe for.

I’m on a mission to de-mystify what goes into an effective client experience strategy

By that I mean one that helps you to connect on a deeper level with more clients & ultimately grow your biz, not one that’s filled with overwhelming tech, & also empower more service pros & female founders to serve in ways that fun, easy & right for them.

Cos, when you serve your clients from a place of joy & excitement, that’s where the magic happens. Let’s get you there, you deserve it pal.

With all my expertise, there’s probably a million ways I could explain what client experience is & why getting intentional about it is one of the best things you could do for your business.

But, what it all really boils down to is the ability to treat your clients really blummin’ well.

When you do that, your client experience can help you to grow your business long term by…

Being REMEMBERED

Using your gorgeous personality to connect past the surface-level with your clients

Being REFERRED

Making the parts of your experience most important to them clear & easy for your clients to follow. You then become a no-brainer option for them to share

Building your REPUTATION

We’re talking the small actions that delight your clients & make you stand out in your industry for doing things differently. This goes beyond booking out your services - it’s the additional opportunities that come from being known for being shit hot at what you do

I call these the 3 R’s, and they’re what my whole approach is based around; an easy framework to guide you with where to focus your energy with your client experience for the most impact long term

  • “Fran absolutely walks her talk, having the experience of working with her for just a brief call gave me a really valuable insight into how to have a consistent and excellent client experience. Even the follow up seeking this feedback felt just like her voice, was warm, engaging, and got me taking action. Fran took at my business from the outside & helped me step there too. From her questions I have been able to identify how to engage with my clients in a more me, human way, without adding lots of time or effort.”

  • “I took so much away from our session together, Fran gave me really simple tweaks I could make to my current processes that won't require loads of time or energy to put in place but are exactly what I wanted to address within my business and will make such a difference managing my time better but still achieving what I want to add to my client experience. Absolutely worth every pound, it’s great to get clarification from someone outside your business and Fran has so many amazing ideas.”

Marti, Social Media Coach & Strategist

  • “It was so useful to hear someone else's ideas, I think you get so stuck when you're focused on your own business and can't always see the best way to do things, but having someone else to go over things with is so helpful. Your ideas were fab and things that are achievable with not a huge amount of work but will make a big difference to clients. I think everything we chatted about will definitely improve my clients experience rate and increase the number of returning clients”
